Our rates reflect on-site labour, calibrated equipment use, and report production. All prices are informational — final quotes depend on suite size, travel distance, and unit count. No online checkout; confirm pricing via contact before booking.
On-Site Services

Estimate Factors
Quotes increase when:
- Suite exceeds 80 units (additional technician day)
- Intake temperature regularly exceeds 32°C (extended thermal logging)
- Equipment mix includes more than three distinct models
- Access requires after-hours or weekend windows
- Remote suite locations require overnight travel
Quotes decrease when:
- Client books multiple services in one visit (assessment + cooling survey)
- Annual maintenance contract bundled with initial assessment
- Units delivered to our Pohang bench for benchmark during an open batch week
Deposits & Payment
- On-site bookings: 30% deposit to confirm date
- Benchmark batches: full prepayment before bench slot assignment
- Advisory cycles: 50% on engagement start, balance on memo delivery
- Maintenance contracts: quarterly invoicing
We accept bank transfer. We do not process card payments on this website.
What Is Not Included
Hardware purchase, repair parts, electrical rewiring, HVAC installation, pool configuration, and import logistics are billed separately by your contractors or vendors.
