Terms governing use of the Desktop Lagoonhub Mining Review website and services.

Desktop Lagoonhub Mining Review Co. (“we,” “us”) operates desktop-lagoonhub.click and provides mining equipment review and suite planning services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
Accessing this website or submitting an inquiry constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.
Services Description
We provide independent reviews, on-site assessments, benchmark testing, cooling surveys, procurement advisory, and maintenance scheduling for throughput-focused mining equipment. We do not sell hardware, operate mining pools, or guarantee hash output or financial returns.
Intellectual Property
All report templates, benchmark protocols, website content, and branding are owned by Desktop Lagoonhub Mining Review Co. Client reports are licensed for internal use by the commissioning party. Redistribution of reports to third parties requires written permission.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate suite information, grant safe access for on-site visits, and comply with local laws regarding mining operations. You are responsible for electrical, HVAC, and hardware work performed by your own contractors.
Liability Limitation
Our reports reflect conditions observed at the time of measurement. We are not liable for hash rate changes caused by firmware updates, pool switches, ambient temperature shifts, hardware failure, or operator configuration after report delivery. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
